ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Juffler reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Juffler confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Juffler may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted.

Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and successfully delivered.

Please review product descriptions, specifications, and images carefully before placing an order.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer.

  • Personal preferences regarding color, size, taste, or appearance.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will review the issue and, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement or another suitable resolution where appropriate.

Nothing in this policy affects any rights that customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
